Victor & Deisy and first generaional Americans, having emigrated from Mexico. He has served as a pastoral assistant in the Chicagoland area, and started a church in Ligoneir, IN, which he merge4d into Elkhart Life in 2018 as Elkhart Life En Eslanol. Since then they have seen growth and revival, baptizing people, training leaders and casting vision for revival.
